Fragrance: Its bouquet is fruity and winey with scents of vanilla and sour
black cherry.
Taste: Dry, harmonious, with good structure and persistence.
Vinification: It is a good-structured wine whose first maturation takes place
in medium-sized oak barrels and subsequently in “barriques” for about 10
months. Six more months in the bottle are necessary before it is ready for
marketing.
Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 18°C - 20°C.
Food combination: Exalts roasts and meat dishes.
