Fragrance: Dry, fresh, structured, with a slightly sweet finish.
Taste: fine, spacious with elegant red fruits’ notes.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled
temperatures between 15-18 °C, to preserve its extraordinary aromatic
complexity. The wine is bottled and here it matures for six months, in the most
absolute respect for tradition.
Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 8°C - 10°C.
Food combination: It goes well with appetizers, fish soup, pizza, pasta
dishes, rice, fish and meat.
