Colour: Intense ruby red color with purple reflections,very consistent.
Fragrance: The nose showing ripe red fruits (cherry, strawberry with blackberry hints). Intense and quite complex, fine, fragrant with hints of fresh flowers.
Taste: Fresh and smooth, full body, balanced and appetizing. Extremely
pleasant, round, juicy and very persistent.
Vinification: After the manual harvest, the grapes are removed from the
stems and gently pressed, natural fermentation (without using industrial yea
-
sts) with 12/14 days of skin contact at 28°C, natural malolactic fermentation
in stainless steel tanks. Ageing period: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 6
months in the bottle. Unfiltered.
Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 16°C - 18°C.
Food combination: It is a great paired with grilled meat on warm summer nights.
