Denomination: Barolo Ravera - DOCG Region: Barolo - Piedmont, Italy Grapes: Nebbiolo 100% Gradation: 14% Vol. Bottle: 75 cl Colour: Expect a garnet colour with orange hues that become more intense over time. Fragrance: Intense and persistent flavors of fresh fruits accompanied by typical spicy notes. Taste: This wine is full, wide and velvety with a finish of spices. It is also famous for its white truffles scents. Vinification: After a careful selection of the grapes, immediately transported in cellar and they are subject to stemming and soft crushing. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 32°C. For over two years the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels, where it is reached by a small part that was maintained for about 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine completes its production process with an aging period of at least 6 months in bottle before being admitted to the consumption. Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 18°C - 20°C. Food combination: It is ideal for large roasts, for appetizing cheese, for dishes based on wild game, for stews and grilled meats; but also some very tasty appetizer.

Fragrance: The scent is wide and composite, with fruity notes of blackber - ry, cherry, strawberry and red fruit jam. Spices that reminiscent cinnamon, vanilla, green pepper. Taste: The flavor, full-bodied, attenuates the acidity characteristic, typical of the grape. Dry but not austere, very pleasant to the palate. Denomination: Barbera d’Alba - DOC Region: Cru Rio Sordo in Barbaresco - Piedmont, Italy Grapes: Barbera 100% Gradation: 14% Vol. Bottle: 75 cl Colour: Intense ruby red color with purple reflections,very consistent. Fragrance: The nose showing ripe red fruits (cherry, strawberry with blackberry hints). Intense and quite complex, fine, fragrant with hints of fresh flowers. Taste: Fresh and smooth, full body, balanced and appetizing. Extremely pleasant, round, juicy and very persistent. Vinification: After the manual harvest, the grapes are removed from the stems and gently pressed, natural fermentation (without using industrial yea - sts) with 12/14 days of skin contact at 28°C, natural malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing period: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 6 months in the bottle. Unfiltered. Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 16°C - 18°C. Food combination: It is a great paired with grilled meat on warm summer nights.
Denomination: Barbaresco - Rio Sordo - DOCG Region: Cru Rio Sordo in Barbaresco - Piedmont, Italy Grapes: Nebbiolo 100% Gradation: 14% Vol. Bottle: 75 cl Colour: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, consistent. Fragrance: Its aroma profile is defined by eucalyptus and wild mint notes, with precise hints of wild berries, cherry, plum, all together giving an elegant and complex nose. Taste: Warm and smooth. Its deep, long tannins weave together with great con - centration, giving a wonderful mouth feel that is persuasive and encompassing. Vinification: After the manual harvest, the grapes are removed from the stem and gently crushed; the natural fermentation (no industrial yeasts added) with the skins last for about 22/24 days at 28°C (86 F). After the spontaneous malolactic fermentation (no industrial bacteria added) in a stainless steel tank, the wine is aged for 24 months in used french oak barriques (225 L) and for 12 months in the bottle. Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 18°C - 20°C. Food combination: A perfect pair with braised veal dishes, red meat or aged cheese.
