Taste: Fresh, harmonious, persistent and mineral.
Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks
at controlled temperature at 18-20°C. Ageing in the tank on its lees until
spring ,to increase the bouquet and softness on the palate.
Aging in bottles: 3 months.Ageing span: 10-15 years.
Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 10°C - 12°C.
