Denomination: Barolo Ravera - DOCG Region: Barolo - Piedmont, Italy Grapes: Nebbiolo 100% Gradation: 14% Vol. Bottle: 75 cl Colour: Expect a garnet colour with orange hues that become more intense over time. Fragrance: Intense and persistent flavors of fresh fruits accompanied by typical spicy notes. Taste: This wine is full, wide and velvety with a finish of spices. It is also famous for its white truffles scents. Vinification: After a careful selection of the grapes, immediately transported in cellar and they are subject to stemming and soft crushing. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 32°C. For over two years the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels, where it is reached by a small part that was maintained for about 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine completes its production process with an aging period of at least 6 months in bottle before being admitted to the consumption. Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 18°C - 20°C. Food combination: It is ideal for large roasts, for appetizing cheese, for dishes based on wild game, for stews and grilled meats; but also some very tasty appetizer.

Deriva da uve di Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay e Pinot Nero, allevate nelle migliori particelle delle colline tradizionalmente vocate. La produzione ad ettaro e la gestione viticola è mirata alla massima qualità. I vini giovani sono dapprima aciduli, aggressivi, corposi; solo con l'attento e lento affinamento, svolto nel buio delle cave a temperatura di circa 12°C per almeno 60 mesi, si arriva a risultati finali eccezionali. Durante la sboccatura non è necessario aggiungere il liquore di dosaggio: da questo deriva il termine Pas Dosè, di cui può fregiarsi questo presti- giosissimo spumante. Colore: Giallo dorato vivacizzato da un minuto perlage abbondante e persistente. Profumo: Ricco, elegante, equilibrato, ricorda la frutta, le foglie di tabacco, i fiori di prato e di bosco. Sapore: Secco, pieno, sapido, invitante ma anche armoniosamente vivace ed elegante nel persistente finale.
Si abbina ad ogni tipo di pesce anche crudo, alle fritture ed ai primi piatti dai sapori delicati. Temperatura di servizio: 6 - 8 °C CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE Profumo floreale di fiori di campo e fruttato di pera Williams, sapore armonico, fresco ed equilibrato.

Fragrance: It has a light body and a lively aroma with scents of white flowers, acacia and golden apple flowers. Taste: Dry, palatable and pleasantly harmonic. Fresh and persistent with a slightly almond aftertaste. Vinification: Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 10°C. Food combination: Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect with hors d’oeu - vres, light, vegetable first courses. Ideal also with fish or poultry
Relio è l'affettuoso appellativo con cui veniva chiamato Aurelio Bisol. Era un uomo dal carattere forte, stimato e amato per aver dedicato la sua vita interamente alle viti, creando un'eccezionale simbiosi con i vigneti della famiglia Bisol. Con il Private Relio, ottenuto dopo 25 anni di ricerca, prima di Eliseo e poi di Desiderio, la famiglia Bisol è riuscita a raggiungere il dif cile equilibrio tra gli aromi primari del vitigno e gli aromi terziari, ovvero tra il classico gusto fruttato del Prosecco e le sfumature dei lieviti e della sua lisi.

Fragrance: The scent is wide and composite, with fruity notes of blackber - ry, cherry, strawberry and red fruit jam. Spices that reminiscent cinnamon, vanilla, green pepper. Taste: The flavor, full-bodied, attenuates the acidity characteristic, typical of the grape. Dry but not austere, very pleasant to the palate. Vinification: Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 16°C - 18°C. Food combination: Perfect and suitable for meals with pasta dishes.

Fragrance: Its bouquet is fruity and winey with scents of vanilla and sour black cherry. Taste: Dry, harmonious, with good structure and persistence. Vinification: It is a good-structured wine whose first maturation takes place in medium-sized oak barrels and subsequently in “barriques” for about 10 months. Six more months in the bottle are necessary before it is ready for marketing. Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 18°C - 20°C. Food combination: Exalts roasts and meat dishes.
Denomination: Barbera d’Alba - DOC Region: Cru Rio Sordo in Barbaresco - Piedmont, Italy Grapes: Barbera 100% Gradation: 14% Vol. Bottle: 75 cl Colour: Intense ruby red color with purple reflections,very consistent. Fragrance: The nose showing ripe red fruits (cherry, strawberry with blackberry hints). Intense and quite complex, fine, fragrant with hints of fresh flowers. Taste: Fresh and smooth, full body, balanced and appetizing. Extremely pleasant, round, juicy and very persistent. Vinification: After the manual harvest, the grapes are removed from the stems and gently pressed, natural fermentation (without using industrial yea - sts) with 12/14 days of skin contact at 28°C, natural malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing period: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 6 months in the bottle. Unfiltered. Serving temperature: Ideal to serve at 16°C - 18°C. Food combination: It is a great paired with grilled meat on warm summer nights.
